What are the Benefits of Baby Massage?
This 5 week course was created and written by Vimala McClure, founder of the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM). Using her experiences working in the orphanages in India, where babies and children were massaged daily, Vimala has created a lovely, evidence based routine combining massage, reflexology and yoga.
Over the course of the 5 weeks, we gradually introduce new strokes on different body parts. The classes are relaxed and baby led as you learn the different benefits of baby massage:

Classes are available in groups, 121 and can be at RUSH 2The DEN in Rushden or in your own home. Prices include oil, course handouts to help you follow the routine at home. Towels are supplied for the lesson.
